You'll build and manage a mock sales pipeline throughout the qualification — real lead lists, real outreach, real objection handling — measured on activity and conversion metrics.
1
Beyond the curriculum
Standard programmes teach you what a sales funnel is. You'll learn how to actually run one — using the same CRMs, prospecting tools and AI outreach platforms that top-performing SDRs and BDRs use daily.
2
Data-driven selling
Learn to think about your pipeline the way an analyst does. Reporting, forecasting, conversion analysis — the skills that get promoted into leadership.
3
A portfolio of wins
Graduate with case studies, mock deal reports and a LinkedIn presence that makes recruiters find you.
4
{Outcomes}
Where this takes you.
Graduates work as business development officers, sales development representatives and account managers, in SMEs, corporates or local government.
Spread across the 2 years you are studying. Financed through Manati, up to 100% of tuition, so you can start without paying it all upfront. Approval is theirs, and every cost is confirmed in writing before you enrol.
A business development officer finds new customers, partners and opportunities for an organisation and turns them into revenue or development outcomes: prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiation and account management. In the public and enterprise-development sectors the role also profiles and supports local business units.
